I've spent the past twenty years on a journey of self-discovery, exploring different therapeutic modalities, spiritual practices and physical wellbeing tools. That journey wasn't linear, and it wasn't always comfortable, but it healed my own family enmeshment trauma. I know first-hand what it takes to identify and untangle yourself from patterns that were never truly yours to carry.
Seeing those results in my own life inspired me to help others carrying the same kind of trauma, and struggling with their own sense of self. Mental and physical wellbeing have always gone hand in hand for me, and it's through my own therapeutic path that I've been able to heal, and to build a centred, grounded, self-trusting sense of who I am.

The journey to finding yourself is often also a journey of recognising how much you've abandoned yourself in order to keep others close. When you begin this journey with me, you'll have an ally beside you at every step, and together we’ll work towards your personal transformation and a more balanced inner self.
My own path has taught me that healing rarely happens through one approach alone. It's often the combination of talking, somatic awareness, working with the subconscious mind and the body's own signals, that creates real, lasting change. That's why I don't work within a single fixed model. Instead, I bring together everything I've learned and trained in, so that our work can be shaped around you specifically, rather than around a method that expects you to fit it.
I studied Psychology at university, and I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and IEMT practitioner. I'm also a trained yoga therapist, which informs the way I bring the body into our work together. I don't see the mind and body as separate systems, and I don't believe effective therapy can treat them that way either.
While I offer psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and IEMT as distinct modalities, I also work in a blended way, drawing on all of these tools together where it best serves you. Some clients prefer to work within one clearly defined approach; others find that moving fluidly between modalities, as their needs shift, gets them further. Both are valid, and we'll figure out together what feels right for you.
My sessions take place online or by telephone and last 60 minutes. Working online helps remove practical barriers to therapy, such as travel time, location and accessibility, while still allowing us to build a genuinely close and trusting therapeutic relationship. Many of my clients tell me that being in their own space actually helps them feel safer and more able to open up.
I also offer Concierge therapy services in situ. The particular arrangements are to be agreed when we start working together, depending on your needs and requirements. Fees vary depending on whether we work within a single modality or a combined approach. Please get in touch for further details. I'm happy to talk through what might suit you and your circumstances before you commit to anything
